Praline packaging line

A praline packaging line with two belts: pralines travel on the feed belt, boxes on the slower packing belt.

Key points

Placing — pralines are placed from the tub onto the belt, alternating hands.
Quality check — under the inspection lamp every defective praline (pale, flat) is thrown into the red reject bin.
Filling — good pralines go into the six cavities of the box.
Lid — the lid with gold band is pressed onto the full box.
Stacking — closed boxes are stacked layer by layer into the transport crate.

What to look for

Every seventh praline is defective – the inspection lamp turns red as one approaches. Because the reject is missing, a box is full after exactly six good pralines and moves on.

Notes

Use 0.5× / 1× / 2× to change the belt speed.
